So the work didn't start with an ad. It started with two questions: what can't the customer see, and what are they afraid of?
Final: people knew it as a place to rent camera gear, and that was it. They had no idea what products it carried. We built a plan to show every product and every service on Instagram and Snapchat, around one idea: Final is the superhero for photographers and directors. A scene needs a special camera you don't have, a missing light, a specific lens? Final gets it to you mid-shoot, fast. Every product runs on the same warm brown style, so any ad reads as Final at first glance.
Keno: it sells used camera gear, and people are wary of used gear and hidden faults. So the whole campaign was built on trust: every piece is inspected first by experts and technicians before it reaches you. And Keno red runs through every design, from the inspection ads to the Ramadan greeting.
For each of them we built an identity that lives on the website and on social media.
The result: Final reached huge numbers and big gains, and Keno grew and earned real trust with its customers.
Content, ads and social media for e-commerce stores in Saudi Arabia, made so customers can see the product and trust it before they hit "buy".
